Georgia was definitely the reason behind us getting our “dream home” in Toronto, during our recent relocation to the city from Calgary, Alberta. She tirelessly worked behind the scenes and used her extensive “connections” to ensure that we were given the opportunity to view the home before offers were entertained in the very “hot” Toronto real estate market we found ourselves in. We had to fly in from Calgary, which complicated matters, but Georgia somehow arranged a viewing and then orchestrated a time period in which the buyer agreed to view and deal with our offer alone, all of which resulted in us becoming the proud owners of a gorgeous home in Leaside. Not only was she amazing during the offering process, but Georgia was extremely helpful in arranging a timely home inspection (a key component to “sealing” the purchase agreement with the current owners). Knowing our interest in the home and our desire to submit an offer subject to a home inspection, she suggested that, in order to show our seriousness re the bid, we submit an offer subject to an inspection being done in the next few days. She then called a home inspection company she has used in the past and they agreed to come out on short notice and complete an inspection in a couple of days, if we were successful in our bid. The inspection condition could then be safely written into the purchase agreement as we now had an inspector lined up to do it. This was just another demonstration of Georgia’s extensive connections created through her 21 years of networking in the business. Georgia also recommended a wonderful painter and arranged a lock box so he could come and go as he pleased to do the work before we moved in.
In addition to Georgia’s obvious negotiation and networking skills, we found her to be an extremely pleasant and caring individual. It was a pleasure to work with her and would definitely call her again in the future when we are ready to “move on!”

I first met Georgia, by “accident“, four years ago when I was looking for a condo. I called her, as well as a number of other agents, from listings in the Resale Homes & Condo Guide. Georgia called me back within minutes but had to tell me the unit was already sold. She offered to show me other units in that condo or others I may be interested in. I explained to her that I was not looking to get involved with an agent at the time (who wanted the headache) and she kindly told me that was fine but if I would like she would fax me some listings in that building and I could call her if I was interested in her showing them to me but that I was not obligated to. I did call Georgia back a couple of days later and she quickly helped me to find the perfect place based on my needs and her wealth of knowledge. This was my first time buying a place and I was SCARED but Georgia helped me to feel confident in my decision and never pushed me in any way. She was GREAT! Four short years later I called her back, as my husband and I were ready for a move. I had never sold somewhere before BUT recall when my parents had, and expected to here “you need to do this“ “you need to change that“ and “you`re asking for too much“. Georgia being who she is didn`t say any of that. She sat and talked with us and made us feel good about what we were about to do. Our condo sold in about 3 weeks for 96% of our asking price. Georgia made the experience a good one and we will definitely look to her when it`s time for our next “upgrade“. From day one of meeting Georgia we knew that she would be our sales agent. We had a previous agent who originally helped us buy our first home, who was eager to get our business, but she did not have the customer loyalty or dedication as Georgia. Georgia helped us sell our home quickly by contacting all possible buyers who entered our home to try to keep the interest alive. Finding the perfect home was a challenge, as we knew that this would be our permanent home for at least the next 20 years, so our next home had to be our dream home.
