I am well liked and have lots of great Top Producing Colleagues that I can network with and share my listings with. We have an office meeting every other Tuesday where our listings/buyer’s needs are spoken about! On a bigger scale, Royal Le page has over 14000 agents and our listings are advertised and shared through our company’s own networking systems such as email, newsletters and websites. I am in the Top 1% for Sales Volume across Canada for Royal LePage (2012)!! For the past 10 years I have been in the TOP 3-5% for Sales Volume across Canada! In 2014 i was #6 for INDIVIDUAL sales for ONTARIO! (meaning not a TEAM). That’s a lot of business and a consistent track record for volume.
I am a Full Service and Full TIME Broker. I offer all my clients Full service Marketing! Professional photography, Virtual Tours, Full colour brochures, Strategic marketing/advertising, Staging and Social Media advertising and Follow up daily.
I have 2 assistants that help me do a lot of the running around so I can stay focused on my meetings, showings and most importantly my Listings and Buyers. My Royal LePage Signature office also offers a Marketing Department with custom designs for Brochures and in house printing for quick turnaround of any print material. We have an administration office that helps us with our paperwork and also a Department that strictly deals with typing/preparing our forms. Bottom line, I have great help and a great Support System.
My Customer Sphere and Footprint extends past the GTA . The buyer for your home/condo can come from anywhere and may or may not come from Toronto . Buyers may come from uptown, downtown or from another country. I have a large data base that has been created over several years. Contacts include past clients, lawyers, other agents, mortgage brokers, and friends and family all across the world. EXPOSURE is key! With a large office and over 25 years of Real Estate work I cover a lot of Geography and the Exposure possibilities are endless.
